Benefits and Stipend

Benefit:​​​
We provide our Fellows a benefits package including:
stipend,
health insurance,
travel allowance,
vacation time.

After graduating from this Fellowship, you will receive a Certificate of Completion from Musculoskeletal Health Partners, MSO. Additionally, we will assist you in securing employment as a neurosurgical and/or pain management physician assistant or nurse practitioner. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Stipend:​
The MSK-MSO Neurosurgery and pain management Physician Assistant and Nurse Practitioner Fellowship offers an annual compensation of $130,000 to $200,000, depending on the Fellow and how much work they are willing to take on. The Fellow will be paid to you in biweekly installments over the course of 24 months. Additionally, there will be an on-call stipend for taking calls with neurosurgeons at our affiliated hospitals. With the call stipend, a percentage of collections bonuses, and other sources of incentivized income, the total compensation is expected to exceed $130,000 in the first year and $150,000 in the second year.

This position is eligible for a benefits package, including options for health insurance coverage.
The program offers a travel allowance for participation in or attendance at a national neurosurgical conference.
The program offers two (2) one-week vacations per year.

Living Expenses:
Living expenses, including transportation, housing, and meals, are the responsibility of the Fellow.
