Musculoskeletal Health Partners, MSK, MSO Physician Assistant and Nurse Practitioner Fellowship
SDNeurosurgery, South Bay Neurosurgery, and Back2Life Pain Management have partnered to offer a Neurosurgery/Pain Management Physician Assistant and Nurse Practitioner Fellowship. We invite graduates from accredited physician assistant and nurse practitioner programs eager to advance their expertise in neurosurgery and pain management to apply.
Our Fellowship delivers a comprehensive, immersive experience in neurosurgery and pain management. As an MSK-MSO Fellow, you'll undergo meticulous, hands-on training from our experienced neurosurgeons, pain management physicians and neurosurgical nurse practitioners.
The MSK-MSO Neurosurgery and Pain Management Physician Assistant and Nurse Practitioner Fellowship program has a unified mission. We seek to provide our Fellows with a clinically rigorous, academically challenging environment. Here, they develop the knowledge base and on-the-job training required to become elite neurosurgical/spine surgery and pain management physician assistants or nurse practitioners.
Upon completion of the program, our Fellows are equipped to deliver the highest level of comprehensive care for neurosurgical and pain management patients, and they can anticipate competitive compensation in the workplace.
This full-time fellowship spans 24 months and comprises both didactic and clinical components. Fellows can expect to dedicate 40-60 weekly hours to operative and clinical-based work. We aim for our Fellows to engage with 800 in-clinic and 500 in-hospital patients and assist in 300 surgeries and procedures annually.
